Corporate Project Manager

We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to help us execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the business.
This role is best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at advancing projects through day-to-day coordination while maintaining a strategic perspective on goals and outcomes.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead and support initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll be responsible for both tactical execution and strategic coordination, often juggling multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Project Execution & Coordination:
- Manage mid-sized projects and support larger initiatives with day-to-day planning and execution.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, department leads and supporting teams.
- Communicate project goals, progress, and risks clearly and consistently to ensure accountability.
- Prepare regular updates for business stakeholders and leadership.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify roadblocks or risks early and work proactively to resolve issues with appropriate stakeholders.
- Track project dependencies and adjust plans as necessary to maintain progress.
Documentation & Process Support:
- Maintain accurate documentation for project scopes, schedules, change requests, and outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements to project workflows.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of project management or business operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced, retail, or foodservice environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of project management tools and methods (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communicator who can translate strategy into actionable tasks.
- High attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Occasional extended hours based on project needs.
- Comfortable working on-site as needed to support project execution and stakeholder collaboration.
